Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any part of the 6s app platform. By registering an account or accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 6s app (available at 6sapp.pro), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any portion of the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of 6s app after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to and use of 6s app is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on the platform.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports wagering is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
6s app reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended immediately, and any funds associated with such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access full features of 6s app, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6s app will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
6s app reserves the right to verify your identity at any time during the registration process or at a later stage. Verification may include submission of a government-issued ID or other documentation as required.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
When using 6s app, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or collude with other users.
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the support team.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or source code of the platform.
Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, without prior notice and without any obligation to refund the account balance.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on 6s app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are accepted via local payment channels including GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in your account area, subject to identity verification and any applicable review process. 6s app does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must be deposited from payment accounts held in the user's own name.
6s app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If you experience a transaction issue, contact support at [email protected] with your account details and transaction reference.
Deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified fraud or platform error. Any promotional or bonus terms applicable to deposits will be stated separately at the time of the offer.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6s app and its affiliates, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds resulting from user error, technical failures, third-party payment issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6s app makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the site.
Intellectual Property: All content on 6s app, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and data, is the exclusive property of 6s app or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure: 6s app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage use, or as required by law. Upon closure, any verified balance may be returned to the user subject to identity verification, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are in progress.
Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-Party Links: 6s app may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute endorsement of those sites, and 6s app assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy.
Changes to These Terms: 6s app reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
